The 25-year-old batsman finished the previous season as the Ranji Trophy’s top run scorer. The Bombay cricketer is only second to the great Sir Don Bradman among batters with at least 50 innings played, with an average of 80.47. Sarfaraz has a key role to play in the absence of Rishabh Pant. He would most likely be keeping wickets for the Capitals this season and will be playing in the middle order. Sarfaraz will keep on piling up runs in the IPL with his 360-degree hitting skills.Â
