England footballer Harry Kane posted his wishes for Team India on twitter. Alongside he shared a video of him playing cricket with the Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli. The team is currently preparing for the next phase of this edition and this is a nice boost.
Harry Kane Plays Cricket
Kane took into Twitter to share a video with captain Kohli. These two in the video can be seen conversing about two respective sports. Virat told Harry how cricketers warm up playing football during practice and mocks Kane as none of the football team plays cricket during practice.
As India qualified for the semi-finals, England footballer Harry Kane sent his best wishes to Virat Kohli for the rest of the World Cup on Twitter. He also shared a video of him playing cricket with the Indian captain during their recent meeting at Lord’s. Then Kane tried cricket with Kohli. Kohli was seen to bowl followed by another session of Kane bowling him. The Indian captain even applauded the England star for his bowling action. This is not the first time these two stars of world sports support each other. Post the successful World T20 2016 campaign Kane congratulated Virat on Twitter. Kohli reciprocated and sent his best wishes to Kane prior to the Fifa World Cup.
Kane Has A Twisting Tweet For Kohli
The top four slots of World Cup 2019 have been almost finalized. India and England have made it to the semi-finals. For England especially this is huge as they have finally qualified to the World Cup semi-finals after 27 long years. On the other hand, this edition of the World Cup is special for King Kohli as he is leading India in this mega event for the first time.
So Harry Kane tweeted special wish but didn’t forget his country as well. Here’s what Harry tweeted, “Brilliant spending time with @imVkohli at Lord’s recently. Wish him all the best for the rest of the World Cup except if they play England!”, Kane posted.
