Marnus Labuschagne, who is not part of the IPL 2024 season but is a teammate of Cummins and Head in the Australian national team, commented on the post, expressing his amazement at the high-scoring game. Cummins humorously replied to Labuschagne, suggesting that he would have easily cleared the fence at Bangalore, hinting at the small boundaries at the ground.

With this win, SRH secured their fourth victory of the season and currently occupy the fourth position on the points table. They will face Delhi Capitals in their next match on April 20 in Delhi.
