While the whole nation is counting days of the final call, MS Dhoni took to his Instagram account to post a funny video of gully cricket. He thus took part in the celebration of the 12th year of 2007 World Cup triumph, when India won the inaugural World Cup under MS Dhoni.

It was 12 years ago on this day that a young Indian side under MS Dhoni scripted history. As the whole country is celebrating the memorable day, MS Dhoni did not keep himself away from it as well. He posted a video of gully cricket where the batsman can be seen arguing for the delivery to be a trial ball after being dismissed. Dhoni out purposely
Dhoni extended his leave till November and reportedly will not be available for Bangladesh series as well. While he is numb on his retirement issue, people never stop talking about the same. While experts think he should be given time to take his final call, speculations over the issue seem like never ending.
Meanwhile, reports suggest that Dhoni is purposely out to give BCCI time to prepare Pant for next year’s T20 World Cup. The board will be trying some new faces for the furute and if that does not work out, Dhoni can be taken as a back-up. Rishabh Pant is the first-choice wicket-keeper’s role across formats in absence of Dhoni in the team.
