Virat Kohli has been out of cricket action since March 2020. In the wake of the pandemic in India, the government declared lockdown in the country, and all the sporting activities were cancelled or postponed like the other parts in the globe. Since then Virat Kohli has been enjoying his time at home with his family. The Indian cricketers have been under monitoring and have never missed training sessions albeit. There is still no news of the Indian national cricket team hitting the ground to play international cricket. Meanwhile, the ICC decided to scarp the men’s T20 World Cup this year as well.

But the cancellation of T20 World Cup 2020 gave hope to Indian Premier League fans. If everything goes well, reportedly the BCCI will be organizing IPL 2020 in UAE in the September-November window. Virat Kohli will be seen in the ground in the captain’s role once again for Royal Challengers Bangalore.
