Karthik’s 226 runs in seven games at a strike rate of 205.45 show his dedication. He maintained his fitness even while commentating during the India–England Test series. Though he wasn’t on the verge of another international comeback three weeks ago, his name may soon be considered for the T20 World Cup squad. Critics may question this decision, but his form and experience could put him alongside stars like Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli.
