Dinesh Karthik Acknowledges RCB Management’s Scouting Genius Unearthing Akash Deep 2-3 Years Ago

For this match, Akashdeep made his Test debut for India and picked up three quick wickets in the very first game. The cricket experts are impressed by his excellence. He made his debut memorable with three wickets wickets for India. Ben Duckett became the maiden international wicket for Akashdeep. After that, he picked up Zak Crawley and Ollie Pope. 

Before coming to the spotlight, the young bowler from Bengal got a chance to be a part of Royal Challengers Bangalore. Being in the RCB camp, Aakshdeep polished his techniques and worked on his actions. The result of the hard work is his memorable Test debut. After two consecutive wins, India entered into the fourth Test match with a 2-1 lead. At the beginning of the fourth Test, England won the toss and decided to bat first. While batting first, England gave a decent start. They lost their first wicket in the form of Ben Duckett in 47 overs. Akashdeep dismissed Duckett on 11 runs. 

He sent Ollie Pope back on a duck. After that, Zak Crawley missed a half-century. Akashdeep bowled him when he was on 42 runs. Bairstow scored 38 runs in 35 balls with 4 boundaries and 1 over-boundaries. English skipper Ben Stokes got out on 3 runs. Joe Root is batting on 16 runs in 41 balls. In the 25th over, England is 112/5.
