Akash Chopra’s Prophecy On SRH vs DC Match In Delhi “Abki Baar 300 Paar”

As the day of SRH vs DC Match fast approaches, experts are looking forward to both the teams and their performances. The match is scheduled to be held at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi, where the pitch is notoriously high-scoring.

Discussing SRH’s strategy and current game on his YouTube channel, Chopra noted that the team could better their destructive performance in the match against DC On Saturday, 20 April.

SRH posted an IPL record 287-run total in their previous game against RCB in Bengaluru on April 15. They scored 277/3 against the Mumbai Indians (MI) at home earlier in the tournament. Hence, it is safe to say that the Hyderabad team is on a roll this season, scoring above 250 in these T20 matches for TATA IPL 2024.

Aakash Chopra on Abhishek Sharma’s “Red-hot form”

According to Chopra, SRH’s Abhishek Sharma is one of the first players to look out for in the match against DC. The player’s IPL journey started from Delhi and now he’s facing Delhi in the next match. As Aakash mentioned, everyone who plays with Travis Head gets slightly overshadowed, but Sharma is creating his own different story, shining through with utter confidence.

“Let’s go towards Abhishek Sharma because his IPL journey started from Delhi only. The way he’s batting, he is in red-hot form. Whoever plays with Travis Head remains slightly in his shadow, but he is writing his own story. Whenever he comes to bat, you can tell that the guy has confidence.” Said Chopra.

Heinrich Klaasen the second SRH player to look out for

The renown cricket expert, commentator and YouTuber went on to choose Heinrich Klaasen as the second player from SRH after Abhishek Sharma to be on the watch for. Chopra is of the opinion that DC might be wary of the South African wicketkeeper-batsman.

Speaking about this asset of SRH, Aakash said “Iam picking Heinrich Klaasen. He might have hit there as well because South Africa played a match here and scored above 400. So Heinrich Klaasen might also have hit. There should be fear of Heinrich Klaasen at this ground. If they (SRH) get to bat first, it should be even more, because then he might be promoted in the batting order.”

The third player to look out for was of course Australian captain and pacer Pat Cummins who never fails to impress with his game.
