Maintaining his supremacy, Kane Williamson holds the top spot in the rankings with 859 rating points. Joe Root, despite a fluctuating form in the India series, secures the second position. Babar Azam climbed two spots to secure the third position in the list, boasting 768 rating points. After a slow start in the five-match series, Rohit Sharma showcased a strong performance in the Rajkot Test, stabilizing India’s batting line-up. His crucial fifty during the run chase in Ranchi proved pivotal. In the fifth Test at Dharamsala, Rohit had a record-breaking day, scoring his 12th Test hundred. He scored 103 runs off 162 balls, including 13 boundaries and three sixes.
Throughout the series, Rohit amassed 400 runs in nine innings, averaging 44.44. His consistent contributions placed him as the fourth-highest run-scorer.
