Mumbai Indians Shares A Shocking Post Featuring Jasprit Bumrah Amidst Rumors Of The Indian Pacer Leaving The Franchise

The IPL 2024 season is all set to commence next year with all the franchises announcing their list of released and retained players. The trading window is still open for the teams as the IPL auction is just a week away which will be held in Dubai, the first time when an IPL auction is being held outside India. For five-times IPL champions Mumbai Indians, things are taking a different turn this time.

Recently in a shocking turn of events, Hardik moved back to his home team Mumbai Indians who made his debut in the IPL with MI in 2015. He then moved to Gujarat Titans and helped his team to emerge victorious in the 2022 season when the franchise made its debut in the IPL. His transfer came as a shock to everyone but also a dream come true. But Hardik’s entry in the team is a standing reason for Indian pacer Jasprit Bumrah not leading the team this time. There were reports that this season, Bumrah may lead the team from the front but things have taken a different turn indeed.

A picture speaks a thousand words

In its latest post, the Mumbai Indians on his official Instagram handle shared a dark and bold image of Jasprit Bumrah with the text font “Silence is sometimes the best answer.” This caption by the franchise has stormed the comments section with a lot of queries and questions with fans excited to witness what this exactly means.

Current Activities by the pacer

The standing reason for this post might be fans speculating about Bumrah’s stint in the Mumbai Indians as following Hardik Pandya’s arrivals, chances could be that the pacer might be leaving the franchise. According to reports, Bumrah was expected to leave his home team and join another franchise Royal Challengers Banglore, but this is not true. It also suggested that Bumrah has stopped following Mumbai Indians on his social media handle.

Burah who started his IPL career in the year 2013, was actually in the list of retained players for the Mumbai Indians indicating that in no time, the ace pacer might be leaving the team. Amidst such rumors, this post by Mumbai Indians is really a havoc for some and a relief for others.
