Indian captain Virat Kohli is a star not just on the field but off it too. He is hugely popular on social media. The 30-year-old, every now and then, keeps posting creative images. His most recent pic had a special visitor – Kevin Pietersen.

Kohli posted an image recently on Twitter where he was posing with dashing sunglasses under the sun. He captioned the image as “Basking in the sun. ☀️😎”. Just like every other post of his, it received a massive response from the fans.

Former English cricketer Kevin Pietersen, who is also a popular social media celebrity, was quick to find humor. He replied, “Looks a bit like you’re more in the shade, bro! 😂”

Kohli, who is also a funny lad, took the troll in his stride and responded, “Well in that case you should’ve seen my first caption. Much worse. 😂 PS – the face is still in the sun 🤪”

KP, a kind-hearted guy that he is, agreed to let him go. The end of the conversation happened with a lovely tweet from the South African-born. He wrote, “I’ll let you off cos I love you! 😂”
