Saha’s aggressive innings of 39 runs off 25 balls provided the initial impetus, while Sudharsan’s stellar performance saw him amass an impressive 65 runs from 39 deliveries, anchoring the innings with determination.
The Titans found a glimmer of hope through David Miller, whose electrifying half-century, scoring 55 runs in just 23 balls, injected excitement and momentum into their chase. However, despite Rashid Khan’s valiant unbeaten contribution of 21 runs towards the end, the Titans’ inability to capitalize on crucial moments and losing wickets at key junctures ultimately proved costly.
Despite their spirited efforts, the Gujarat Titans fell short of the target, succumbing to defeat by a narrow margin of four runs. The match showcased the Titans’ resilience and fighting spirit, with standout performances from Saha, Sudharsan, Miller, and Khan.
