In the second innings, the Dutch side didn’t have an impressive innings but they tried well. Wesley Barresi played a knock of 37 runs in 62 balls. Engelbrecht scored 33 runs in 49 balls. Skipper Scott Edwards scored 38 runs in 42 balls. Nidamanuru played an unbeaten knock of 41 runs in 34 balls. A big partnership was needed in that inning. They got all out on 179 runs.
The English bowlers were dominating in the match. Moeen Ali picked up 3 wickets in 42 runs. Adil Rashid took another 3 crucial wickets in 54 runs. David Willy took 2 wickets in 19 runs. Chris Woakes took 1 wicket in 19 runs.
New Name at Number 10:
There is a new name at the 10th position of the highest wicket-takers list. The name is the Netherlands bowler Bas de Leede. The Netherlands lost the match but Bas de Leede shined against England. He took three wickets in 74 runs. The first wicket for Leede was Harry Brook. Brook got out on 11 runs. As the second wicket, he picked up the valuable wicket of Chris Woakes. Woakes got out by scoring 51 runs. Thirdly he picked up David Willy on 6 runs. His economy rate in the match was 7.40.
