“It’s pretty cool, it’s awesome. We have won 6 out of 7 here, it has been great and amazing. I didn’t know many guys coming into this season, but we have played great cricket and had some fun. Great bunch of guys.”

Additionally, the World Cup-winning captain of Australian Cricket Team praised Abhishek Sharma, who is an opening batsman for SRH.

“He (Abhishek) is amazing. I wouldn’t want to bowl to him. It’s scary as he plays with freedom, not only against pacers but also against spinners.” he added.

In the same statement, Pat Cummins added how SRH’s left handed batsman Nitish Rana plays and behaves more mature than his real age.

“Really satisfying and exciting. I haven’t played in finals before, we’ll know in a few hours which game it is. Playing some really good cricket, excited for what’s ahead.”

Head failed to deliver, lost wicket on first ball

One hitch in SRH’s performance in today’s match was definitely the underperformance of Aussie batsman, Travis Head. Head is an opening batsman alongside Abhishek Sharma and the two have impressed the audience in every match this season.

Despitelosing wicket of Travis Head on the very first delivery of the innings, while PBKS’ Arshdeep Singh bowled, Abhishek Sharma dominated bowlers with an explosive half-century.

Abhishek scored the Player Of The Match title while SRH team won today’s match by 4 wickets, hence getting themselves to 17 points.
