According to documents obtained by the real estate database platform Zapkey, Jaiswal has acquired a 1,110 square feet apartment in the Ten BKC project at Bandra East, Mumbai, at a cost of Rs. 5.38 crore. The deal for this under-construction flat was finalized on January 7th, 2024. However, Adani Realty, the project’s builder, has declined to comment on the transaction.

The Ten BKC project, which began in 2016, offers various configurations including 2BHK, 3BHK, and 4BHK apartments. Despite facing challenges, including a change in promoters due to insolvency, the project is expected to be completed later this year, with handovers scheduled accordingly.

Jaiswal’s purchase deal, valued at over Rs. 48,000 per square foot, reflects his confidence in Mumbai’s real estate market and his commitment to establishing a stable base in the city.
