The United Kingdom will witness the cricket greats competing with each other once again. The World Championship of Legends is all set to go on the stage on July 3 in Edgbaston. The cricket heroes are ready to conquer the field once more. 

The World Championship of Legends:

The legends of cricket are coming back. They are all padded up and ready to showcase their brilliance once again. Fans are hyped up to cheer their favorite star. The inaugural edition of the World Championship of Legends is set to go live on July 3. Edgbaston Cricket Ground is all set to organize the thrilling encounters of the tournament. 

Being approved by the England Cricket Board, the tournament is all set to excite the fans. The cricket icons can’t wait to be on the field. Teams like India, England, Australia, South Africa, Pakistan, and the West Indies will appear in the tournament. Alongside the teams, the big names are even more interesting. 

Yuvraj Singh, Suresh Raina and Harbhajan Singh will represent India. Brett Lee, Shaun Marsh, and Tim Paine are all set to showcase Australia’s excellence. England will feature legends like Kevin Pietersen, and Ian Bell. Jack Kallis and Herschelle Gibbs are ready to represent South Africa once more. 

Shahid Afridi and Younis Khan’s Words:

Along with the other teams, Pakistan will step into the team with some big names. Shahid Afridi and Younis Khan will be seen in Pakistan’s jersey once again. Before starting the battle Shahid Afridi is all excited. He said, “With the legends of the game converging, each match will be a spectacle of skill and strategy. We are poised to bring our A-game and leave an incredible mark on the WCL. 

Younis Khan is a big name in Pakistan cricket who secured the T20 World Cup for his country as captain. Before representing Pakistan once again, he said, “It’s more than just cricket; it’s about passion and legacy. We are here to compete and inspire fans across the globe.”
