Watch: Virat Kohli’s reaction to this mammoth six by Stoinis is Priceless

Virat Kohli hasn’t had a great time in the 12th edition of Indian Premier League. His team Royal Challengers Bangalore has lost 6 matches in a row and is yet to taste victory. He has been looking for positives from every game but hasn’t really found many.

We know Virat Kohli as a passionate guy on a cricket field. He is always so expressive and celebrates every little moment of joy. The right-hander enjoys his teammates’ success as much as he does for himself. The recent example of that occurred in the 20th match of IPL 2019 between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Delhi Capitals at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium.

In the 10th over during RCB’s batting, Virat Kohli was accompanied by Marcus Stoinis at the crease. The Australian batsman lined up to face Sandeep Lamichhane. The first ball of the over was flighted and pitched in the slot. Stoinis gave it a mighty heave. The ball went very high up in the air and landed deep into the crowd.

Although it was an 83-meter hit yet it seemed far bigger. Kohli, at the other end, just stood there and followed the trajectory of the ball. He was impressed by the powerful strike and the expressions said it all. Virat Kohli’s reaction to this mammoth six by Stoinis is Priceless.

Sixth straight defeat for RCB

However, Kohli wasn’t the happiest man with the team’s overall performance. Batting first, RCB could score 149/8. Kohli played an uncharacteristic knock and scored 41 from 33 balls. Moeen Ali made 32 from 18 balls that propelled them to a fighting total.

But it didn’t prove to be enough. The DC skipper Shreyas Iyer played the guiding hand with the innings of 67 from 50 balls. Despite a slight stutter in the end, the visitors got home by 4 wickets with 7 balls to spare.
