After losing back-to-back two matches, Delhi Capitals faced Chennai Super Kings. In this match, Delhi Capitals made a great comeback. After missing out on the first two games, Prithvi Shaw came back to the squad against CSK and utilized the opportunity. He played a fiery knock of 43 runs in 27 balls with an exciting strike rate of 159.26. David Warner scored an amazing half-century. He played a knock of 52 runs in 35 balls with a strike rate of 148.57.
But Rishabh Pant’s excellent innings stole the show. After coming back from a life-threatening injury, he scored his first-ever half-century. He played a knock of 51 runs in 32 balls. In the second innings, DC bowlers showed their excellence. Mukesh Kumar took 3 wickets in 21 runs. Khaleel Ahmed created magic. He took 2 wickets in 21 runs. Axar Patel took 1 wicket in 20 runs. They won the match by 20 runs.
