Rinku Singh Avoids Collision with Venkatesh Iyer and Dismisses Heinrich Klaasen

In the first qualifier, Kolkata Knight Riders are facing Sunrisers Hyderabad at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. The KKR side is showing their domination once again. But Rinku Singh’s effort to dismiss Heinrich Klaasen following avoiding a collision with his teammate Venkatesh Iyer grabbed the limelight.

With that brilliance, they secured second place in the points table and finally met KKR in the first qualifier of the tournament. 

 They gave an amazing start to the match. They started dominating them from the beginning. But an incident in the 11th over caught the attention. In that over, Varun Chakravarthy came to bowl. Varun Chakaravarthy delivered a quick and full ball just outside off, tempting Klaasen into a slog. However, the ball forced him to hit towards the longer part of the ground. Despite Klaasen’s attempt, his shot lacked the desired connection, leading to Rinku taking a comfortable catch at deep mid-wicket, ensuring no mistake was made.

But Rinku, stationed at deep midwicket, sprinted to his right and managed to catch the ball just inside the boundary line. Meanwhile, Venkatesh Iyer, fielding at deep square leg, was also running towards the ball from the opposite direction. Despite the potential collision between the two players, Rinku skillfully avoided it and successfully secured the catch and dismissed Klaasen.
