As the T20 World Cup 2024 approaches, Indian cricketer Ravichandran Ashwin shared his excitement in a unique way. Though not part of the current Indian squad, Ashwin hosted a fun quiz with his daughters, Aadhya and Akhira, and posted the video on social media.
In the video, Ashwin asked questions about the World Cup, including the hosts, the head coach of the Indian team, and the venue for the India-Pakistan match. His daughters answered all correctly except for the India-Pakistan venue.

Ashwin’s IPL 2024 Performance:
Ashwin claimed nine wickets in 15 matches for Rajasthan Royals, with an average of 51.89 and an economy rate of 8.49. He impressed with a tight spell in the Eliminator match against Royal Challengers Bangalore, maintaining an economy rate of 4.75.
India’s T20 World Cup Campaign:
India, led by Rohit Sharma, will start their World Cup campaign against Ireland on June 5 in New York. The tournament begins on June 1, with the USA hosting Canada in the opener. The event, co-hosted by the USA and West Indies, will conclude on June 29.
