Naseem Shah is All Set to switch teams in the PSL, moving from Quetta Gladiators to Islamabad United

Ahead of the big tournament, a sensational trade happened. Pakistani pacer Naseem Shah transferred from the Quetta Gladiators to Islamabad United. That is a big trade of the tournament.

At the age of 20, Naseem Shah is a sensational fast bowler of Pakistan. He is exceptionally talented. His trade from the Quetta Gladiators to Islamabad United is a big trade in this tournament. As per reports, another PSL franchise Multan Sultan was also in the race to have Naseem in the team. But Islamabad United ended the race and named Naseem Shah After them. 

As per reports, Naseem wished to leave the Quetta Gladiators and that was a chance for all other franchises to have him in the team. Islamabad was interested to have in the team for a long time. They had a battle with the Multan Sultan and secured the deal finally. Before starting the season, this was a clean sweep by the franchise. 

Naseem’s form and Injury Scare:

The Quetta Gladiators is a big name in the PSL. They have been dominating since the start of the tournament and won the title in 2019. The 20-year-old Pakistani Speedstar took 26 wickets in 29 matches. In 2022 he took 9 wickets. But his PSL stats are a long way behind his performance in international cricket. In this edition, he will be trying hard to get out of that and perform in the best way.

But he has an injury scare. He was out of the entire World Cup and the Asia Cup due to a big injury. Will will not be a part of Pakistan’s Australia tour and New Zealand tour in the coming days. He is in his recovery process. The official declaration of his comeback is still not given by the board. This fitness can be an issue. However, Islamabad United is hoping for his return in the upcoming PSL season.
