With an average of just 19.12 from eight Shield innings last year and only one half-century, Sangha’s last Shield century dates back to March 2022, scoring 142 against South Australia while serving as NSW’s interim captain. Throughout his Shield career spanning 64 innings, he holds an average of 26.95 with three centuries.
Reports suggest Sangha is poised to join the Adelaide Strikers in the upcoming BBL season, following a stint where he only featured in two matches for the Sydney Thunder last year. Notably, he had previously held the captaincy for the Thunder.
