After fifth loss out of six appearances, Kings XI Punjab are standing at the bottom of the IPL 2020 points table. The 22nd match of IPL 13 saw a dominating performance from Sunrisers Hyderabad and a surrender from Kings XI Punjab. Sunrisers Hyderabad are now the 3rd ranked team in the following table with three wins and three losses.
The top spot is occupied by Mumbai Indians followed by Delhi Capitals, Sunrisers Hyderabad, and Kolkata Knight Riders. Delhi Capitals and Kolkata Knight Riders have played five matches each with the other being appeared for six games already. The Capitals, on the other hand, have same points as the defending champions. In case, Delhi Capitals win their next match against Rajasthan Royals, they will reclaim the top spot of the points table. Rajasthan Royals have won two out of five matches so far with Chennai Super Kings managing to win two out of their six fixtures. If the Royals can bag a win tomorrow, they will give a tight fight to Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s Chennai Super Kings.
