Marcus Stoinis dismissed Shivam Dube on a very crucial point. But they struggled to dismiss Ravindra Jadeja who was going strong. Krunal Pandya ended up taking 2 wickets in 16 runs. Chennai’s Bowling Struggle:
Chennai entered the game riding high after a win in their previous match, but their bowlers faced challenges this time. Mustafizur Rahman managed to take just one wicket, conceding 43 runs. Matheesha Pathirana also took one wicket, giving away 29 runs. However, the rest of the bowling attack struggled and failed to claim any wickets.
The team couldn’t find their rhythm on the field, and their performance suffered as a result. In the end, Chennai lost the match by a significant margin of 8 wickets, leaving them disappointed. They’ll need to regroup and adjust their strategy for their next match to bounce back from this defeat.
