IPL 2021: Chennai Super Kings give an update on Ambati Rayudu’s injury

Chennai Super Kings might have claimed a fine win against Mumbai Indians, the fans ended the night with a concern. Ambati Rayudu was retired hurt during the match. However, reportedly, Rayudu is doing fine and will be available for selection for the next CSK game.

Batting first, Chennai Super Kings had a tough outing as their top-order batters failed miserably. To add to the woes, Rayudu, one of the mainstays of the CSK batting line-up was retired hurt. This means the player will be match fit soon and available for the next match of Chennai. “His X-ray report showed no fracture and considering we have a few days before we play the next game against RCB, he should be available for selection,” he said.

Even Deepak Chahar also looked in pain while bowling his last over. Regarding Chahar, the CEO informed, “Just cramps, nothing more to it.”
