Indian Premier League 2024 Orange Cap:  Updated After Royal Challengers Bengaluru vs Gujarat Titans Match No. 52

The 52nd match of the IPL 2024 has witnessed a fixture between Royal Challengers Bengaluru and Gujarat Titans at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. After facing each other in the last match, they faced off again. The Chinnaswamy spectators witnessed an intense battle between the two teams. Gujarat Titans faced a massive defeat of 9 wickets against Royal Challengers Bengaluru. While batting first, their batting struggle continued. Wriddhiman Saha and Shubman Gill walked out early again. Coming as an impact player, Sai Sudharsan was dismissed 6 runs in 14 balls. After that, Shahrukh Khan and David Miller tried to boost the innings. 

Shahrukh Khan scored 37 runs in 24 balls. David Miller played a knock of 30 runs in 20 balls. Rahul Tewatia played an impactful innings of 35 runs in 21 balls. Rashid Khan scored 18 runs in 14 balls. With that effort, Gujarat Titans managed to put up a total of 147 runs. 

Royal Challengers Bengaluru’s Another Brilliance:

Chasing the target of 148 runs was an easy task for the Royal Challengers Bengaluru batters. Virat Kohli and Faf du Plessis gave an amazing start. The Bengaluru skipper was excellent. He scored an amazing half-century and played an innings of 64 runs in 23 balls. Virat Kohli missed the half-century and played a knock of 42 runs in 27 balls.

But After that, they lost a few wickets quickly. Will Jacks walked away after scoring 1 run. Coming as the impact player, Rajat Patidar scored only 2 runs. Glenn Maxwell and Cameron Green were also dismissed early. Dinesh Karthik played an unbeaten knock of 21 runs in 12 balls. Swapnil Singh remained unbeaten on 15 runs and secured the victory by 4 wickets.
