In the 14th match of the IPL 2024, the Wankhede crowd have experienced an amazing thriller. Rajasthan Royals showcased an amazing display in both batting and bowling and dominated Mumbai Indians. The woes persisted as Naman Dhir and Dewald Brevis also fell without scoring. The Royals’ bowling attack dominated from the start, putting Mumbai under pressure right from the beginning of the innings.

Ishan Kishan scored 16 runs in 14 balls. Tilak Verma came and tried to push the innings. He added 32 runs by playing 29 balls. Skipper Hardik Pandya played a knock of 34 runs in 21 balls. He smashed 6 boundaries. Tim David added 17 runs. After this disappointing performance, the Mumbai Indians scored 125/9 in 20 overs.

Rajasthan Royals Made it Three Out of Three:

Rajasthan Royals continued their winning streak in the tournament, securing their third consecutive victory. Chasing a target of 126 runs, RR faced early setbacks with the quick dismissals of Yashasvi Jaiswal and Jos Buttler. Jaiswal departed after contributing 10 runs, while Buttler managed 13 runs before being sent back to the pavilion. Skipper Sanju Samson’s departure added to the pressure as he could only muster 12 runs.

However, Riyan Parag once again proved to be the star performer for RR, showcasing his batting prowess with an outstanding half-century. Parag remained unbeaten on 54 runs off 39 balls, steering his team to victory. Shubham Dubey provided solid support with his unbeaten 8 runs as Rajasthan Royals sealed the match with 6 wickets in hand, maintaining their impressive winning streak in the tournament.
