Gill greets the families of unsung heroes
With the Global Peace Honours 2023 being held in the city of Mumbai, several celebrities, cricket personalities and other renowned persons arrived at the venue to pay tribute to the unsung heroes of the 26/11 attacks. Among the cricketers, Team India’s young and sensational batsman, Shubman Gill also graced the memorable event with his presence as he met and greeted the families of the martyred soldiers in the 2008 Taj Attack. He also striked a pose for the paparazzi and was captured with the families of the unsung heroes.

Ahead of Shubman meeting the families of the martyred soldiers, of which the video clip is getting viral on Twitter, fans are heaping praise on the 24-year old cricketer for coming through such a kind and respectful gesture.
