Dinesh Karthik sets unwanted IPL record with most ducks as RCB bow out of the Playoffs race

In a game filled with disappointments for Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), wicketkeeper Dinesh Karthik endured a moment of unwanted history. Surprisingly, the MI skipper had registered multiple ducks in this very season However, Karthik’s dismal performances this season allowed him to quickly catch up and overtake him. Both players, known for their prolific batting abilities, found themselves caught in a streak of unfortunate dismissals that hindered their run-scoring contributions.

Sharing the third position on the ignominious list are Mandeep Singh and Sunil Narine, with 15 ducks each in the IPL. These talented cricketers have experienced their fair share of struggles in certain matches, resulting in the unfortunate outcome of walking back to the pavilion without scoring a run.
