Indian Pacer Deepak Chahar has recently launched his sportswear and nutrition brand called DNine. It is a large sports brand, which offers a range of Shirts, shoes and bags. This young enthusiastic about the brand and its aim to provide quality products. In the launch of his brand, Chahar was talking about his aim to come back to the national squad.
Injury concern:
Deepak Chahar sustained a hamstring injury during IPL 2023 while playing for CSK. Despite this injury, this young bowler has been out of cricket quite a few times now. In this season he took 13 wickets in 10 matches. right now he is trying hard to get back in cricket. While talking about his comeback, he said,” I am fit now. Whichever tournaments I get to play, like Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, I would try to do well. That is all I can control as a player. We cannot decide anything else as a player. My mindset is to do well in every chance I get.”
Comment on World Cup:
This talented pacer thinks India has a good chance in the tournament. He said,” We won last time when it was held in India. Players know the conditions and pitches well and enjoy a home advantage. I can not predict top four teams since all teams are good.”
He has represented India in 13 ODIs. he scored 203 runs which contains two fifties. He took 16 wickets. In T20s, he took 29 wickets in 24 matches. His bowling figure is 6/7 which is the highest bowling figure by an Indian bowler.
Chahar played his last match in international games in December 2022. He had an impressive season in IPL. but this is a new inning of his life.
