Mayank Yadav being neglected?

LSG’s young pacer had already missed three weeks of IPL2024. This was because he developed abdominal soreness in LSG’s match against Gujarat Titans on April 7.

The match was his third IPL match, and he impressed everyone with his 155kph balls. Yadav won his second Player Of The Match title for IPL 2024 in that match.

However, he made a comeback in LSG’s win against Mumbai Indians in Lucknow on Tuesday but walked off the field without completing his fourth over after an injury scare.

Deepak has had a long term battle with his hamstring injury, due to which he couldn’t even take part in IPL 2022.

From what we can gather, Chahar seems to have injured himself while completing the run-up following the second ball of the first over.
