Chennai Super Kings is one of the strongest teams in the Indian Premier League. The five-time champion never fails to impress the fans. But a recent incident at their practice session is going viral. In the practice session, Daryl Mitchell was hitting the ball and a fan was recording the Kiwi batter through his iPhone. But suddenly came smashed with the phone and it was damaged. 

After that incident, Mitchell apologized to the fan raising his hand. But that was not the end. Later the Kiwi batter gifted his gloves to the fans. The fans shared the video and it has gone viral. Netizens are praising the batter for this heartfelt gesture. 

CSK’s Performance in the Last Match: 

In the last match, Chennai Super Kings met Punjab Kings at the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium in Dharamsala. After winning the toss, Punjab Kings opted to bowl first. While batting in the first, CSK lost their first wicket quickly. Ruturaj Gaikwad and Daryl Mitchell made an impactful partnership. Mitchell played an innings of 30 runs in 19 balls. Ravindra Jadeja scored 43 runs in 26 balls. They scored 167/9. 

While bowling in the second innings, Chennai bowlers showcased their excellence. After shining bright with the bat, Jadeja created magic even with the ball. He secured 3 wickets after conceding 20 runs with an economy rate of 5.00. Simarjeet Singh who was the impact player, took 2 wickets in 16 runs. Tushar Deshpande took 2 wickets in 35 runs. Mitchel Santner and Shardul Thakur picked up 1 wicket each. They stopped OBKS on 139 runs and won the match by 28 runs.
