He assured everyone by stating, “I can confirm that rumours of the demise of Heath Streak have been greatly exaggerated. I just heard from him. The third umpire has called him back. He is very much alive folks.”
This dramatic twist comes after Olonga’s earlier tweet, which had expressed sorrow over Streak’s passing, had caused distress among fans and cricketers alike. To further solidify the truth behind his statement, Olonga even posted a screenshot of a recent WhatsApp conversation with Streak.
