A labour of love that took a month to create, the diamond bat is the brainchild of an ardent follower of Kohli’s career, who meticulously preserved the natural skin of the rough diamond during the crafting process.

The Businessman who gave the gift

Utpal Mistry, a Diamond Technology expert and Director of Lexus Softmac Company in Surat, oversaw the creation of this unique masterpiece. He explained the inspiration behind the creation, stating that it was essential for the bat to be adorned with a natural diamond rather than a lab-grown one, symbolizing the genuine journey of a top Indian cricketer like Virat Kohli.

As Kohli’s cricketing voyage continues to inspire millions, his focus now shifts to the upcoming Asia Cup 2023, commencing on August 30.
