#7 Thisara Perera
Sri Lankan cricket has been in a state of a turmoil of late. Post the retirement of the stalwarts, they have been struggling to put together a consistent line-up. Plenty of youngsters came in and went but there were hardly a few who showed the class. However, the veteran Thisara Perera did well in ODI cricket.
With the bat, he scored 415 runs from 15 innings. His average was 34.58 but the impressive factor was the strike rate of 115.59. Additionally, he made 2 half-centuries this year. With the bowl too, he performed well. He scalped 25 wickets at an average of 20.72 that also included a 5-wicket haul.
