Kagiso Rabada top the Purple Cap table with five wickets from two matches to his name. He has been once again instrumental behind Deli Capitals’ win today against Chennai Super Kings.
Kagiso Rabada took three wickets for 26 runs in his four overs against CSK. He scalped three major batters of the CSK line-up- Faf du Plessis (47), Mahendra Singh Dhoni (15), Ravindra Jadeja (12) to reduce them to 131/7 during the chase. Interestingly even after losing two consecutive matches of the season, CSK bowlers continue to share the dominance in the following table along with Kings XI Punjab bowlers. Sam Curran (4-0-27-1) was not that great with wicket keeping today but was economical enough. Piyush Chawla impressed one and all with 2/33 in his four overs. Curran and Chawla are now placed at 2nd and 8th place of the table with Lungi Nagidi still making his presence felt at 10th.
