There are not many significant changes in the Orange Cap table today after the match between Delhi Capitals and Sunrisers Hyderabad. Only one player from today’s match has made it to the top ten list after scoring a fifty.
Sunrisers Hyderabad batted first and set a target of 163 for Delhi Capitals. The Hyderabad team saw its three top-order batters scoring 40+ score to help the team setting the target. Jonny Bairstow ended as their highest run-scorer with 53 off 48 balls. Although the innings was slower compared to the innings played by his teammates, Bairstow still managed to move at 7th place. On the other hand, the captain David Warner (45 off 33) and Kane Williamson (41 off 26) played two brilliant knocks to keep the scoreboard going for SRH.
From Delhi Capitals Shikhar Dhawan ( 34 off 31), Rishabh Pant (28 off 27), and Shimron Hetmyer (21 off 12) were the top three scorers during the chase. This eventually did not help the Capitals much and they lost the match by 15 runs. The top names of the table remain unchanged.
