After the 7th match of the season between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Mumbai Indians, there are no changes as far as the Orange Cap is concerned. Nitish Rana of Kolkata Knight Riders is still the holder of the Orange Cap for his 131 runs in 2 matches.
However, in a high scoring encounter between RCB and MI, one batsman from either side managed to break into the top 10 run-getters of the season. AB de Villiers has risen to the No.9 spot while Yuvraj Singh is one place behind him.
Yuvraj had scored a fifty in the last game while he added 23 runs to his tally from the game against RCB. On the other hand, AB scored an unbeaten 70 from 41 balls. His knock included 4 fours and 6 sixes. He played a superb knock and kept his side in the game single-handedly until the end. But unfortunately, his side ended up losing by 6 runs.
