The 39-year-old went on to share his thoughts on one of the most trending questions on Indian cricket. Kaif on a live chat on Helo app said that according to him Sourav Ganguly is the best Indian captain. He further explained how the current BCCI president led the country to some of the glorious moments under his captaincy. “Sourav Ganguly is the best Indian captain and he’s led the country to several glories under his leadership.”

While speaking about his brilliance on the field the Natwest 2002 hero said that he received respect for the same from the legends like Ganguly and Sachin Tendulkar which worked as motivation. “People recognised me for my fielding skills, I got a lot of respect in the team for that. I also got respect for my fielding, from Sachin, Ganguly. That respect used to motivate me to do more.”
