Virat Kohli due to the extended nationwide lockdown in India got a chance to cherish Mumbai Monsoon. The excited Indian cricket captain went on to share a picture of him enjoying the rains in Mumbai on his social media account.

Virat Kohli has been very much active on social media during this lockdown in the wake of the COVID-19 in India. A forced suspension of international cricket and IPL made Virat Kohli stay at home for months in Mumbai. Meanwhile, the famous monsoon arrived in Mumbai. Virat Kohli took to social media and posted a photo of himself where he shared how he is enjoying the Mumbai rains for the first time properly. Kohli was seen reading a book in the photo posted on his account with a caption, “Great weather in Mumbai. Sitting out enjoying the beginning of my first proper experience of Mumbai monsoon. Couldn’t be a better time to start reading something.”

While the BCCI is planning to resume cricket training soon, Virat Kohli may not be able to join the team for the same currently. Players like Kohli and Rohit Sharma have to give it a miss as they are living in one of the most containment cities in India. What makes the fans happy that the 13th edition of IPL in all probability will be hosted in next few months and the Indian cricket board is planning accordingly for the same.
