Hardik Pandya set to become a father
Indian cricket team all-rounder Hardik Pandya on Instagram announced that he and his partner Natasa Stankovic are expecting their first child together. Taking to the popular social media platform, Pandya wrote that their journey is set to get better as they welcome a new life. Hardik’s Instagram post read: “Natasa and I had a great journey together and it is just about to get better. Together we are excited to welcome a new life into our lives very soon. We’re thrilled for this new phase of our life and seek your blessings and wishes.”
Earlier this year, Pandya had announced his engagement with Serbian actress Natasa Stankovic. Taking to social media, on January 1, Pandya shared an image of himself proposing to Natasa with the caption, “Mai tera, Tu meri jaane, saara Hindustan. 01.01.2020 #engaged.” The news was surprising to the fans, media, and also some of the important members of the Indian cricket team. “Natasa is a very nice girl, and we have met her in Mumbai on a number of occasions. We knew that they were going on a vacation to Dubai, but had no clue that they were going to get engaged. This took us by surprise. We came to know about it after they got engaged,” Hardik’s father Himanshu was quoted as saying by Bombay Times.
Indian cricket team members congratulate Pandya
Indian team’s head coach Ravi Shastri became one of the first to wish the couple on the Instagram post’s comment section. He wrote, “Congratulations Hardy and Natasa.” Indian team skipper also sent blessings for his beloved and wrote, “Congratulations to you both H. Lots of love and blessings for the third member of your clan.”
Yuzvendra Chahal who is famous for social media presence congratulated the couple as well along with the star pacer Mohammed Shami. Ishan Kishan, Hardik Pandya’s Mumbai Indians teammate wrote, “Congrats meri jaan”. The franchise also tweeted a photo of them and wrote, “Congratulations to Hardik & Natasa!”
Krunal Pandya, the brother of Hardik Pandya also shared some family pictures to share the news with the world.
