Bravo Thanks Almighty as Fans Thank Him for the Memories

Dwayne Bravo is currently playing his last international match for West Indies at Abu Dhabi. Bravo who did not have a memorable farewell innings, is undoubtedly one of the most popular names to have played the game. Bravo is a legend of the Windies cricket and easily one of the finest to have played the T20 cricket.

The all-rounder, ahead of his farewell match spoke about his 18-year long career and said that he has no regrets. He played key role in two T20 World Cup triumphs for West Indies in 2012 and 2014.

“Thanks, almighty God for the talent he blessed me with and also to represent the West Indies for 18 years. For me, cricket has always been my childhood dream and I wanted to represent the region, follow in the footsteps of my childhood hero Brian.” He added, “It’s good I was able to have a successful career. I am happy to leave the game at this period, I have no regrets. Having said that, my last time, I want to make sure I want to finish off on a high. I want to do it for my team.”

He could score just 10 runs albeit in his final international match. But that does not stop fans from cheering for Bravo who walked off to a standing ovation.
