Key Details of the RFP:

  • Non-refundable Fee: The RFP documents are available upon payment of a non-refundable fee of INR 5,00,000 (Indian Rupees Five Lakh Only), plus applicable Goods and Services Tax.
  • Purchase Deadline: The RFP can be purchased until July 12, 2024.
  • Payment Confirmation: Interested parties must email the details of their payment to [email protected], as specified in Annexure A of the notice. The RFP documents will only be shared after the confirmation of payment.
  • Eligibility: Purchasing the RFP does not automatically entitle an entity to bid. Only those meeting the eligibility criteria outlined in the RFP and complying with the terms and conditions can submit a bid.

The BCCI reserves the right to cancel or amend the bidding process at any stage without providing any reason.
