Today, social media was filled with videos of the grand welcome Team India received at the Delhi Airport. A video shared by news agency PTI shows captain Rohit Sharma proudly displaying the T20 World Cup trophy as fans and security officials cheer for the team.

The team also met with India’s honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi at his residence around 11:00 AM IST. The team will be travelling to Mumbai soon as the men in blue have arranged for a winners parade with fans.
